Returns
All items are returnable upon notification of return request within 14 days of receipt. Items must be completely disassembled and returned in original packaging. Returns subject to 20% restocking fee unless arrived DOA or with manufacturing defect.

NOTE: DUE TO IMPOSSIBILITY OF DISASSMEBLY, OFFICE CHAIRS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE ASSEMBLED. PLEASE CHECK ALL OFFICE CHAIRS FOR DAMAGE AND DEFECTS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in all original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be ineligible for return or subject to restocking fee. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
Refunds typically take 7-10 BUSINESS days, or 9-14 calendar days.
If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@easymodern.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@easymodern.com and we will process a return for you. 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact support@easymodern.com.

In some cases we can send you a return shipping label, however, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you receive a shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event that we are unable to provide you return shipping, you will be responsible for the returning the product(s) with confirmation before a refund will be processed. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
